If the product you received has any quality issues, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days. Products that remain unused and in their original packaging during this period are eligible for a return or exchange.
7-day no-questions-asked return policy
- Initiation Terms : Customers can initiate a "7-day no-questions-asked return" within 7 days after logistics shows that the goods have been signed for, provided that the goods meet the proper standard.
- Good Standard : The outer packaging of the product has not been opened and the product can maintain its quality, function, accessories and original brand identification.
Exceptions to the 7-day policy:
If the outer packaging of the product is opened, accessories are missing, or there is any damage to the appearance, the product is not subject to the "7-day no-questions-asked return policy".
"True Description Guarantee"
- Return Policy : If the product does not match the description, you have the right to a full refund.
- Mismatch includes : the product has quality issues, does not match the description, or contains false information that misleads consumers about the material, performance, or use of the product.
Exceptions to the True Description Guarantee:
If consumers have torn or altered tags or packaging, making it impossible to confirm the product's origin, returns based on aesthetics or personal preferences are not covered. If the product meets the 7-day return policy, returns can be applied for unconditionally.
Return procedure:
- Initiate a return : Contact our customer service team with your order number, product details, and the reason for the return. We aim to process your request within 1-2 business days.
- Product Preparation : Ensure the product is in the original packaging and in good condition.
- Return Arrangement : After verifying the terms, you can contact your local shipping company to arrange a return. If you paid online, the refund will be made to the same payment method. If you paid cash on delivery, please negotiate a refund with the shipping company.
Fee details:
Since the return process involves international logistics, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.
